Theory Design creating interiors for homes in Isola Bella
Theory Design has announced that it is creating the interior design for all of the Seagate model and custom homes in the Isola Bella area of Talis Park. Isola Bella is an exclusive 4.5 acre enclave of the latest waterfront single family homes in this luxury golf community. This includes Seagate’s furnished Monterey II and Revana models – which are under contract and under construction – and Seagate’s furnished Sonoma model – which is under contract and will debut soon. RG Designs showcases architectural design throughout Isola Bella.
While all residential sites are sold out or under contract, the Monterey model is still open for viewing Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. For more information or to schedule a private screening, contact Jennifer Lofstrand at 239.238. 0030 or [email protected]
The two-story Sonoma measures 4,012 square feet above the air. This accommodates four bedrooms, four and two half baths, and a three-car garage, as well as a laid-back California coastal concept. It shows in the home’s overall tone of spatial awareness and comfort, the understated furnishings and layers of organic and natural cotton and textured fabrics.
The Sonoma model will feature an outdoor living space with a spa-like feel through gathering, lounging and waterfront views, as well as a fire pit in the lower area. The first floor will feature a large room with a vertical wood slat detail that runs along the media wall and crosses the ceiling. It is stained and hand cut to match the white oak floors throughout the home. The cantilever island kitchen offers expansive seating, white and black oak cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, black plumbing, and black windows that are carried to other areas of the room. the House. A powder bath, VIP guest suite, and glass-walled wine room for her favorite collection of reds and whites complete the Sonoma’s lower level.
A staircase leading to the second floor conforms to the linear characteristics of the entire model. The master suite overlooks the water with a sitting area that opens onto a terrace. The marble-clad master bathroom has separate vanities, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two additional suites, a loft with a bar in the morning and flexible space further reflect the clean and bright design of the Sonoma.
The Sonoma model is expected to be completed in the summer of 2022.
The Monterey II model measures 4,577 square feet under air and features four bedrooms, four and two half baths, and a three-car garage. It all starts with an entrance courtyard, with a body of water and finishes that reflect the white / anthracite paving stones of the driveway.
Inside, a coastal, modern interior design and intentional industrial elements are showcased in an open-plan floor plan that begins in the lobby and leads to the great room. It includes a custom designed wood trim wall and a large accompanying wall with a similar layout.
The great room is adjacent to a dining room which can comfortably seat 10 people. It includes full access to a wet bar with cabinetry that mimics European white oak flooring in a Bali tone throughout the first floor. Both rooms lead to an outdoor living space, complete with a fireplace and pool tub – which sits under a tongue and groove cedar ceiling stained in dark walnut tones – for vacation-inspired relaxation. The island kitchen debuts with bar stools, LED lighting, low cabinets, and tall windows for contrast.
After leaving the VIP guest suite, the elevator and stairs lead to a second floor which hosts a master suite with two walk-in closets, an adjoining flex area and a magnificent view of a covered terrace and a swimming pool / terrace with black aluminum horizontal railing. The master bathroom has two toilets, two sinks, a freestanding tub, and a walk-in shower – which complete two guest suites, two powder baths, and a morning bar.
The Monterey II model is expected to be completed in spring 2022.
The two-story Revana model measures 5,582 square feet below air – four bedrooms, four and three-half baths, and a two-car garage. With a modern California coastal interior design, it opens to a two-story entrance and large fireplaces that lead to a wine cellar. The kitchen with island, the large room and the dining room open onto the outdoor living room with a picturesque view of the Talis park as well as a dining room, a kitchen with island, a swimming pool bath and a swimming pool and a personalized spa. A powder bath and a VIP master suite complete the first floor of the Revana.
Taking the elevator or stairs to the second floor will find a flexible space at the rear of the house that includes a wet bar and powder bath as well as the second half of the outdoor living space. This flexible space can be used for fitness, games, remote working or anything else that suits their lifestyle. The outdoor living space also includes a terrace next to the master suite, which features a private toilet, double vanities, a freestanding tub, and a walk-in shower.
With a lively luxury tone throughout the home, the Revana will encompass a neutral color palette via walnut hardwood floors, textured furnishings, and designer accessories. A water feature at the entrance to the house brings together this theme of luxury.
The Revana model is expected to be completed in winter 2022.
Theory Design also creates a design for the Olema model – soon available at Isola Bella. It will present an urban retreat concept via a modern, warm and livable tone.
