The launch comes at a critical time for brands looking to deepen customer engagement, retain digital customers acquired during the pandemic, and elevate their digital presence. New products and services, announced at Sitecore Symposium, solve the industry-wide marketing challenge of ever-changing digital consumer behaviors.
