• Responsible for understanding requirements, conducting user research and translating them into experience strategies, information architectures, user flows, wireframes and prototypes. Design solutions must be created taking into account our business requirements and technical limitations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Matrix certificate (or equivalent)
• Degree, diploma or certification in a field of study relevant to the career
• More than 5 years of experience as a user experience designer in a digital products company
• Preference given to applicants with a strong portfolio of user-centric design projects
• Experience in user experience design, interaction design and user interface design
• Expertise with Sketch, InVision, Adobe (and other design tools)
• Up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Experience working in fast paced product design teams
• Having worked in a medium to large organization is a plus
• Experience in Agile delivery environments

User experience design:

• Work within established delivery processes, tools and standards
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Interpret data and qualitative comments
• Design and deliver user stories, user journey information architectures, wireframes and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Identify design issues and craft elegant design-driven solutions
• Organize, facilitate and participate in workshops, brainstorms and creative reviews
• Collaborate with all team members, stakeholders and partners to understand detailed requirements in order to build experiences that meet user needs
• In-depth understanding of the principles of experience and their tactical implementation
• A solid understanding of user-centric design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A / B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility issues
• Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate business goals and objectives into digital experiences
• Take a user-centric design approach and quickly test and iterate on designs
• Application of design best practices to solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

Project management:

• Completion of tasks and assignments within agreed timeframes
