Endacott Peetz & Timmer law firm is pleased to announce the addition of lawyers Jim titus and Blake simpson to the firm.
Titus will be the cabinet adviser. He has a legal career spanning more than 40 years in estate planning, real estate law, general corporate law, agricultural creditors litigation, elder law and health law, representing physicians. He is experienced in arbitration and mediation and has served on the mediation committee of the bankruptcy court since 2011.
In addition to his long experience as a lawyer, Titus has passed the Uniform CPA Examination and holds a certificate issued by the Nebraska State Board of Public Accountancy. He graduated from UNL, with great distinction in accounting, and with distinction from the Faculty of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Nebraska, the United States District Court of Nebraska, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Ninth Circuits.
Titus’ volunteer service includes a long tenure with the People’s City Mission, including as chairman of its board.

Simpson was most recently Director of Compliance and Title IX Coordinator at Southeast Community College, and Assistant Professor at the University of Nebraska College of Law. Previously, he worked for the Nebraska Department of Revenue and practiced in private practice in his hometown of Fairbury.
He graduated with the highest distinction from Nebraska Wesleyan and with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska, Kansas, and the US District Court for Nebraska. He will practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction and trusts and estates at EPT.
