Palm Beach condo returns to market at nearly $ 19 million furnished
A Midtown condominium – which looks a lot like a townhouse – is on the market for $ 18.9 million, newly furnished, after being sold in early May for around $ 12 million.
If it changes hands before the New Years, it would be the third sale in a year for the 219 Brazilian Avenue unit. He first traded for around $ 6 million via a deed registered in January after being mired in litigation for two years.
The three-level residence is one of four side-by-side residences in the Palazzo Villas development near the Town Hall.
Premier Estate Properties’ agent Jim McCann has the listing for the custom four bedroom unit with 6,092 square feet of living space, inside and out. With a den, private pool and summer kitchen, the unit features generously sized entertaining areas, high ceilings, and a “sumptuous master bedroom,” as per the sale description.

Other features include a two-car garage, elevator, generator, and smart home automation system. Marc-Michaels Interior Design furnished the home in the company’s signature soft, contemporary style.
“Just bring your toothbrush,” reads McCann’s list.
The condo is owned by the land trust who bought it privately in May from a company related to Palm Beach Gardens residents Robert and Francine Green. The Greens, in turn, had bought it following their long-running lawsuit against the original developers of Palazzo Villas. This lawsuit resulted in a counter-lawsuit and the complex litigation ended in a confidential settlement. None of the parties involved have acknowledged their responsibility.

An online search last week showed that McCann’s listing was the most expensive of the 21 condos and single townhouse marketed by the Palm Beach Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service.
The other three units sold new last year at recorded prices between $ 7 million and $ 7.4 million. The crane price McCann just set reflects the Brazilian 219 townhouse’s personalization, newly finished interiors, market scarcity, and the escalation in property prices in Palm Beach this year.
Agents Chris Leavitt and Ashley McIntosh of Douglas Elliman Real Estate handled the selling side of the other three units last year, as well as ending the sale of 215 Brazilian Avenue.
