Mixta Africa presents a new architectural roadmap for the real estate market in 2022

Feb. 9 (THEWILL) – Mixta Africa, one of Africa’s largest indigenous real estate companies, has announced plans to introduce more breakthrough real estate solutions, including the construction of additional luxury homes. The company also hinted at plans to tap into mortgage finance programs to encourage potential homeownership.
Reflecting on the company’s strong performance in the year 2021, Country Manager Ms Sade Hughes said Nigeria, with an estimated housing deficit of over 17 million residential units, requires a strong strategy to deal with it. Additionally, the housing deficit in Nigeria and Africa as a whole remains a focal point. Therefore, top-notch solutions that will solve the malaise will continue to be at the forefront of business operations.
“We are working around the clock to ensure that more and more Nigerians own properties at the best deals. Our aim is to build communities and provide enough housing for different categories of Nigerians and Africans. Part of this strategy is our decision to develop more affordable homes and engage mortgage providers so that more Nigerians own homes with easy payment plans,” she revealed.
Speaking on the company’s achievements over the past year, Marketing Manager Ms. Onome Umukoro hinted that the company’s real estate projects such as Obudu Villas, Beechwood Park 1 & 2, Adiva Plots and Cove Lofts are all sold in 2021, while Lakowe Heights, Marula Park, Expressview Estate in Abuja, Adiva Plainfields/New release, Commercial plots and Residence Goree located in Senegal, are all currently on sale and in high demand.
