Kairoi Residential Completes Pair Of Agency Loan Assumptions In 2020
SAN ANTONIO, April 12, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Kairoi Residential has acquired two garden-style multi-family communities – Boulevard at Sonterra, a property of San Antonio, and Cameron Creek, property of 446 units dating from the 1985 vintage located in Fort worth – in separate transactions in 2020. With these two acquisitions, Kairoi continued to execute its strategy of acquiring institutional grade multi-family buildings with assumable Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans.

Boulevard at Sonterra is also close to high-end grocery chains like Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Costco in San Antonio top of the line Stone Oak district.
Cameron Creek is located at 5209 Bryant Irvin Road, close to Chisholm Trail Parkway, Interstate 20 and Highway 83, yet within 15 minutes of the shopping, dining and entertainment that are part of Fort Worth’s popular Texas charm.
Both assets will undergo several renovations over the coming months to modernize the overall aesthetic and functionality of the indoor units and common areas.
