A woman has revealed some interesting details about the colors of sheets, including which ones are best to buy.
The interior design expert and TikToker who runs the @ComePlayHouse account posted a series of videos with a preview.
The caption of her first music video reads: “[Here’s] how the color of sheets affects sleep and mood.”
First, she talks about white sheets and says they soothe your mood.
She describes white sheets as relaxing because they evoke cleanliness and expansion.
Next, she says the green sheets help combat irritability, fight insomnia, and evoke tranquility.
Meanwhile, she says the color blue is believed to lower blood pressure.
She adds that the blue sheets are soothing and evoke serenity.
Moving on to black linens, she says the color can evoke coldness, and when used sparingly can create a moody feeling.
Pink sheets bring tranquility, calm and tender energy, she explains.
Purple linens evoke passion while exuding luxury and meditation, she adds.
As for the gray sheets, she says they calm the body and can make it feel like a rainy day — but it’s up to you if you want to take on those effects.
She says brown sheets can cause restlessness, which means they’re not a great option.
Instead, she suggests opting for tan or tan colors.
Finally, she says the orange sheets create a feeling of comfort while adding warmth.
