Dive into digital – focus on scenarios, models and partners
Diving into the digital world is an iterative process. As digital transformation has become an industry consensus, the focus has shifted from whether or not go digital to How? ‘Or’ What go digital. To help corporate clients innovate in their models, improve quality and efficiency, improve experience, and build resilience, Huawei has highlighted three main areas of focus for going digital.
Scenario digitization: Huawei believes that the key to further integration of ICT and business processes lies in the following three aspects: from the auxiliary system to the central / production system, from the management cockpit to the details of the operating scenarios, and from from the digitization of a single domain to the complete digitization of all scenarios. Huawei has continuously accumulated experience with different scenarios, deepening its knowledge in each scenario, and therefore is able to solve key industry business issues.
Since 2016, Huawei has been promoting a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, injecting digitization into Huawei itself. Tao Jingwen, Board Member and CIO of Huawei, said, “To achieve digital transformation, companies must develop a digital platform as a foundation and focus on corporate restructuring with the aim of supporting the success of their core business. Huawei built Horiz, an activation platform, based on its own transformation experience. This open platform will help companies from various sectors achieve digitalization and forge global competitiveness. “

PipeChina will continue to work with Huawei on digital transformation to be successful on the basis of shared resources, standardized architecture, converged data, capacity as a service and tailored applications. “
